Carbonelli is proud to produce a traditional quality cheese. Giovanni Carbonelli, founder of the firm, was one of the first Neapolitan pioneers who went north, to Cremona, at the end of the last century and established the production of this very special type of cheese.
Carbonelli’s cheeses bear the typical stamp that guarantees it complies with all of the requirements for the Consorzio Valpadana for the designation of protected origin.
The cheeses are produced with genuine Italian full cream milk, collected only from the designated area. The whole production process is monitored according to the rules of the Italian laws recognized by the European community.
